1. No Refunds for Completed Entries

Once a raffle ticket has been purchased and the transaction has been confirmed, it is considered final. No refunds will be issued for completed entries, as participants will be eligible for the prize draw.

2. Cancellations and Refunds Before Draw

If a raffle event is canceled or postponed for any reason before the scheduled draw date, participants are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. Refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method used during the purchase.

3. Invalid or Duplicate Transactions

4. Processing Refunds

Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving a valid request. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used during the purchase. In cases where the original payment method is no longer valid, we may request additional details to process the refund.

5. No Refunds for Disqualified Entries

Raffle Eswatini reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates our Terms & Conditions. Disqualified entries are not eligible for refunds.
